Scheduled Appointment Cancellation Fee:

$75 scheduling fee is charged for new clients who cancel in less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or are not present at the time of the scheduled appointment.

Termination Fee:

$125 fee is charged for new clients that schedule and terminate the training at the first lesson before signing the contract.

Returned check fees:

A $50 service charge will be levied on checks returned for insufficient funds.  Client must cover the amount of the original check as well as the service charge with a cashier's check or cash before training commences.

Cancelled Check fee:

$90 service charge will be levied on checks that have been returned for "Stop Payment." Client must cover the amount of the original check as well as the service charge with Cashier's check. If the original amount as well as the service charge are not paid within 72 hours, charges will be filed with local police department for theft and fraud and the Small Claims division. Client will be responsible for the original amount + the service charge + court fees and attorney fees.  Training lessons will cease.
